REFUND POLICY

At NevaGoingBack, we’re committed to providing high-quality products and services. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we’ll always do our best to make it right within the scope of the policy below.

1. Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or reasons outside of warehouse error. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

2. Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered in the following cases:

a. Warehouse Errors
If you receive an incorrect item or a product that arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within five (5) days of receiving your order. We’ll cover the cost of return shipping and send you the correct item ASAP.

b. Incorrect Size Ordered
If you ordered the wrong size, you may request an exchange within five (5) days of receiving the item. The item must be returned in original condition.
⚠️ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs in this case.

3. Exchange Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for an exchange, items must:

  • Be in original condition (unused, unworn, unwashed)

  • Include original tags and packaging

  • Be free from damage, alterations, or excessive wear

  • Be returned within five (5) days of delivery

4. How to Initiate an Exchange

To request an exchange, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at nevagoingbackjb@gmail.com within five (5) days of receiving your order

  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you want to exchange, and the reason for the request

  3. Our team will reply with return instructions

  4. Once your item is received and confirmed eligible, your new item will be shipped promptly

Please note: We reserve the right to deny any exchange if items do not meet the above criteria or fall outside the policy window.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective due to warehouse error)
